Wood chest measures 14 3/4″ by 10″ by 5 1/2 and appears to be Polished Walnut Construction. Hinged Lid with Original Owner’s Name Etched into a Brass Inset Plate. The chips are housed in Six Individual Storage Racks that are Walnut with Brass Lift Rings. There are slots for 4 decks of playing cards inside the chest. Chip count is 295 whites, 139 reds and 136 blues. The chips are plain and measure 1 1/2 across. Chest has a locking mechanism but I do not have the key. Overall Condition is Excellent-the clear finish has some checkering and the green felt that was glued into the underside of the lid is partially letting loose. Lid has some surface scratches from decades of use and storage. No other problems and no repairs. Chips are in Excellent Condition.
